Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal exists, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the goods.
How to exercise your withdrawal right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may inform us by a clear statement, for example by email or letter. You can also use the electronic withdrawal function below. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email containing the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of receipt.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will handle the reversal in accordance with the statutory requirements. This acknowledgement only confirms receipt of your declaration. The legal effectiveness and scope of the withdrawal will be reviewed separately.
