The provider is Adnan Al-Jechchy, Werkstraße 10, 67346 Speyer, Germany.
Different customer terms do not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
2. Subject of the Contract
vip-nummer.de arranges special and memorable mobile phone numbers between providers and interested customers.
vip-nummer.de does not directly sell phone numbers itself unless expressly stated otherwise; the service is the arrangement and handling of the request.
The service description shown on the website is decisive.
3. Conclusion of Contract
You may submit a request for a selected VIP number through the website.
By submitting the request, you express binding interest in the arrangement of the selected number.
A contract is concluded only when the request is confirmed or accepted by vip-nummer.de.
4. Prices and Fees
Prices shown on vip-nummer.de relate to the arrangement or processing service unless expressly stated otherwise.
All prices include statutory VAT.
Payment is due after successful arrangement or after the corresponding confirmation.
5. Payment Clearance and Dispatch
Orders are prepared after confirmed payment clearance. Depending on the payment provider, the payment may become available to us within up to 3 business days after receipt or confirmation.
The number, SIM card or related documents are prepared and dispatched after the payment has been cleared and is available for processing.
6. Arrangement Process
After receiving your request, vip-nummer.de checks the availability of the requested phone number.
You will then be informed about the next steps.
Any arrangement is subject to the actual availability and transferability of the requested phone number.
7. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal where applicable. Details are provided separately in our Withdrawal Notice.
Where a right of withdrawal exists, consumers can additionally declare the withdrawal through our electronic withdrawal function. It is available on this website via the button “Withdraw from contract” and under /withdrawal/ or /widerruf/.
After entering or confirming the required information and using the button “Confirm withdrawal”, we promptly send an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, usually by email. Other legally permitted withdrawal channels, in particular email, letter or the model withdrawal form, remain unaffected.
8. Liability
vip-nummer.de is fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.
No guarantee is given for the actual transfer or activation of a phone number by third parties.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

10. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If individual provisions are invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Speyer, Germany.
